As does mine. I am my father’ daughter. As he is his Mother’s son. Our life story is a connection of stories. Just as leaders, those we lead are not simply products of the situation at hand, they are human beings that come with life experiences and life stories. As we participate in other’s journey’s we become a part of their history-their story.
